Lightouts, Dress Shop (from the single The Eloise Suite)
It really is pretty fitting that Brooklyn’s Lightouts (Greg Nelson and Gavin Rhodes) recently made that stellar Bowie/LCD Soundsystem cover. For one it’s definitely gonna up their exposure and that is what should happen, this duo is amazing but secondly they really do ooze this stellar David Bowie meets James Murphy vibe that you don’t hear every single day. The track Dress Shop is so delightful as fuck and yep that means get your red shoes on underneath that serious moonlight and dance yrself clean to this one! I love the little hand clap in this one! You can hear all of The Eloise Suite and more Lighouts goodies over at Soundcloud!
